Step 2: Design & Quote (Week 1-2)
You pick your model and we give you one clear price. That price includes everything — design, permits, structural engineering, materials, construction, and finish. No hidden fees, no change orders. The number we say is the number you pay.
Step 3: Permitting (Weeks 2-8)
This is where most builders lose homeowners — buried in city paperwork. We handle 100% of the permitting. City applications, structural engineering plans, zoning review, and any HOA coordination. You don't make a single call. Permit timelines vary by city, but typically take 4-6 weeks.
Step 4: Foundation & Framing (Weeks 8-12)
